We’re delighted that our Art for All group has been nominated for 2021 Creative Lives Awards. The annual award shines spotlight on resilience and creativity during the pandemic.

One of the few positives to come out of the Covid-19 pandemic has been the uptake in creative activity that helped people through the pressures of lockdown. Our Art for All was set up pre-pandemic but definitely saw a lot of interest from people hungry for creative expression during lockdowns. Using Zoom, and the help of a professional artist volunteering their free time, the group was led by user feedback each week.
Award winners will be announced at the Creative Lives Awards ceremony in Coventry in early March 2022, as part of the city’s UK City of Culture celebrations. Winners will receive an award, framed certificate, cash prize and free access to all of Creative Lives’ future ‘Creative Learning’ online training sessions.
