Our friendly team of Life Connectors can support people to overcome the practical and emotional challenges that prevent them joining in and connecting to others. They can visit you in your home or at a convenient location in your community, and work with you to identify what your interests are, what sort of activities you might enjoy and what is preventing you taking part. Maybe it is transport or mobility issues or lack of money? Or you may have caring responsibilities, health issues or perhaps it is about having the confidence to join a new group?
The Life Connectors will offer information, advice and support to help you overcome these barriers and connect you to groups, activities and volunteering opportunities in your area.
If you or someone you know might benefit from support from our Life Connectors, call our FREE helpline on 0300 303 3920 or fill out our quick enquiry form. (for members of the public only). Professionals wishing to make a referral to the service should complete the Better Together Eligibility and Referral Form
