The All About You Group provides a safe and respectful environment for people in Wymondham and surrounding areas to share their experiences and chat to one another without judgements or outcomes. It’s had very positive comments from all its attendees (see quotes below).

The group meets every Wednesday from 11am until 1pm at Wymondham Methodist Church. Members are of various ages, backgrounds and genders and anyone over 18 can join. Attendees can chat and play games or just relax over a hot drink and a biscuit.
Attendees have praised it for being a great way to get to know more about people, their histories and views. They also spoke about how the sessions have energized them and how they look forward to attending every week.
All About You and similar groups help strengthen communities and give something back too. The group has been providing hampers for those in need this Christmas. We hope that the positive attitudes and feedback will encourage others to join, who are in need of practical, peer-based or professional support to tackle social isolation.
Given its success, in 2023, Better Together Norfolk will be setting up similar support groups in Poringland and other areas of the county.
